Adam has held multiple roles within the IT sector from both sides of the fence (Internal IT Management and Service Provider Management). Joining TechTeam in 2008, Adam became CTO in 2012 and has played a pivotal role in the development of TechTeam Cloud and the wider product portfolio. His team are responsible for many large-scale implementations and are rated in the top 100 service delivery teams in the UK.
Adam has become a well-respected CTO in the Managed Services industry and holds many of the key relationships with our Technology Partners at C-Level.
Lee Russell
COO & Head of ConnecTalk
Joining TechTeam over 5 years ago following a successful career in the Automotive Sectors for brands such as Citroen and Volkswagen, Lee brought with him a wealth of operational, non-industry specific knowledge. Applying this knowledge to ensure we work to standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management), 14001 (Environmental Management) and 27001 (Information Security Management) has enabled TechTeam to deliver flexible service delivery whilst being underpinned by a solid, enterprise grade foundation of processes.
As well as running day to day operations, Lee heads up our Telecoms and Networks division, ConnecTalk.
Craig Rogers
Head of Business Development
Craig is the newest member to our management team. Bringing a wealth of knowledge from over 25 years working in the industry, and gaining his experience from working MSP’s across the UK alongside managing client relationships.
Beginning his career as a Service Desk Engineer, Craig has the base knowledge of technology to enable him to advise clients on the most suitable solutions for their business, covering all areas within IT and business communications. Craig’s primary role within TechTeam is to expand the awareness of the brand and the great work we have done over the past 12 years.
Craig's interests outside of work see him assuming the role of Chairman at Wilden Village Youth Football Club. Which has seen him growing an initial small group of young children into a thriving academy, that now spans over 100 children and being well respected in county.
