Although unlimited remote and onsite IT support is available to all our contracted customers, we will never leave a business stranded. We charge a one-off emergency assessment fee and then an hourly call out charge thereafter.
There is no obligation to take out a support contract with us after the event but many businesses do once they have experienced how we work.
